Where can I find my loan balance?
To check your loan balance:
- Sign in to your account, then click or tap on Payment Details. (For added security, you may be asked to sign-in to the Payments section by having an authentication code emailed to you.)
- Choose a loan.
- In your Dashboard, Click or tap on Loan options--> Make a payment. (This will take you to the Account Servicing site, which is run on Peach.)
- In the Amount section see Remaining balance.
