What’s my loan ID or account number?
You can find your loan ID in most emails related to your loan. It’s also visible in your Carputty dashboard under Active Loans. However, Flexloans™ are serviced by Westlake Financial, so you’ll need to sign in to your Westlake Financial account to manage your loan.
- Sign in to your Carputty account.
- Go to the Active Loans section and select your Flexloan.
- Under Loan Details, look for the LOAN ID.
Each loan has a unique ID—if you have more than one, be sure to use the correct one when contacting us or Westlake Financial.
