What is the cancellation policy for Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs)?
The cancellation policy for VSCs varies depending on the timing of cancellation. If the VSC is canceled within 30 days of its execution, a full refund will be issued, minus any claims paid or pending. However, if the cancellation occurs after 30 days, a prorated refund for the remaining term of the Agreement will be provided, also minus any claims paid or pending, along with a $50.00 cancellation fee.
