How do I change the email and/or mobile number where I receive payment notifications?

You can change your email and text notifications in the Payments settings: Sign in to your account, then click or tap on Payment Details. You may need to sign-in using an authentication code that will be emailed to you.

In the Payments system, navigate to Settings. If you don’t want to receive text messages, uncheck Receive text messages about my loan next to your Mobile Phone number. If you don’t want to receive email payment reminders when your loan is current, uncheck the box next to “Don’t send payment reminders when my loan is current”. Keep in mind, we can’t stop email notifications about regulatory information, payment status, and overdue loans.
